Come and try this Yoga for Seniors class. You will work on your flexibility, strength and balance while cultivating a calming breath to help with anxiety and stress.
This is a great course if you have been practising chair yoga and want to add a little bit more to your yoga routine! These are great stretches and yoga poses you can do daily to quickly improve your flexibility and reduce your stress.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle and wear comfortable clothes!
You need to be able to get down on the floor and rise with relative ease.
