Unmistaken Child

“Unmistaken Child” is a documentary film that follows the journey of a young Tibetan monk named (Geshe)Tenzin Zopa, as he searches for the reincarnation of his beloved master, Geshe Lama Konchog, who was his spiritual teacher for over 20 years. After his master’s passing, Geshe Zopa sets out on a quest to find the child who may be the reincarnation of his master, as determined by various tests and signs. The film provides a rare glimpse into the rituals and practices of Tibetan Buddhism and explores themes of devotion, faith, and rebirth. It is a moving and insightful look at the spiritual beliefs and traditions of Tibetan culture.
